In Winter the bare boughs that seem to sleep work covertly preparing for their Spring
As I reflect today, it is with sincere warmth and gratitude that I extend season’s greetings to all of you. I thank you for your support, assistance, and above all, your kind patience this past year as I continue to work towards a Botany BrewFarm public opening.
Root Down — A Botany X Brewery Nønic Joint
Thank you to brewery nønic for welcoming us into the western Wisconsin craft beer community with open arms. We’re honored to have partnered with such a well respected, community-minded craft brewery for our first Wisco collab.
Botany’s Funky First Foot Forward
Botany’s first collaboration beer will be released at Arbeiter Brewing’s Anniversary Party and Lunar New Year Celebration on January 28, 2023.
The Arbeiter owners will be spinning some records as we toast to our first collab and ring in the Year of the Rabbit. Come get yourself a 750ml of Arbeiter Botany (VERY LIMITED RELEASE) or have one on tap with us at the taproom.
The Botany of Beer
Almost every culture from across the globe has used different native plants to produce fundamentally similar but practically very different versions of their own fermented beverages. We can’t wait to showcase nature’s vast array of wild and cultivated flavors — honoring the brewing traditions of yesteryear while crafting our own.
Long Live the BrewFarm
If all goes as planned with the next steps of business planning, recipe development, aesthetic updates, and ALL the permitting and licensing that goes along with opening a BrewFarm, we will be fully open to the public by the spring or early summer of 2023.
